At Archer's Pointe Apartments, residents have access to our fitness center, swimming pool, volleyball court, and laundry facilities.
At Archer's Pointe Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Archer's Pointe Apartments, we require a non-refundable $75 application fee per applicant, and a $100 administrative fee.
At Archer's Pointe Apartments, residents are responsible for ALL utilities.
Archer's Pointe Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $35 a month, per pet. Additionally, there is a $250 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and a $175 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home.
