At Archer's Pointe Apartments, gas utilities are paid for. Additionally, residents have access to our fitness center, swimming pool, volleyball court, and laundry facilities.

Archer's Pointe Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $25 a month, per pet. Additionally, there is a $250 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $150 non-rundable fee for the 2nd pet due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Residents of Archer's Pointe Apartments can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.
At Archer's Pointe Apartments, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, garages are available for an additional charge of $100 per month and carports are available for an addtional $25 per month.
